How far in advance should I place an order?

A week is requested but not required to make sure I have enough time to do my very best to create your special cake. I want to give you the best quality work possible, and to do that, it takes time :). I do require at least 36 to 48 hours advance notice for any custom cake.  However, for large special occasion cakes, please contact me as soon as possible to make sure I have time available.
