It really seems like mini is the way to go right now... people enjoy having their own little dessert, instead of a slice- and it also keeps the products fresher because you aren't cutting it and waiting for the next person to want some! :) It's easier to eat- you don't even need a fork!

The two bite size also lets people try more than one dessert because they don't have to worry about wasting or feeling guilty :) It's a win win!!  ​

 

And please don't limit yourself to my lists here- these are just some of the delicious possibilities :)!​

Treat Table- mini & regular size cupcakes, cheesecake pops, cheesecake cupcakes, cake pops, cake truffles, chocolate covered Oreos / cookies, mini eclairs/cream puffs, mini pies/tartlets, macarons (in all types of flavors and colors- these are all over right now!!!), mini brownies (or other bar cookies), fresh fruit bouquet, carved fruit, cupcake skewers, mini cookies (or full size! - any cookie can be made mini :)), caramel apples (or bites- little balls of apple dipped in caramel- bite size caramel apples!), chocolate covered  raspberries & strawberries .

Sundae Bar- Your choice of ice cream, and toppings galore! Hot fudge sauce, caramel sauce, butterscotch, fruit sauces, fresh fruit, candy, cookies, whipped cream, you name it!

Candy Buffet :) The candy can either be from my homemade goodies, or even your favorite candies from the store- or both :) we might even be able to find old classics that you just can't find anymore- let me know and I will try my very hardest to find it!!

​Munchie Table- mini sandwiches, carved fruit, fresh fruit bouquet, veggies and/or fruit and dip, stuffed mushrooms, chicken fingers, egg rolls, cheeseball  with crackers, Meat and cheese platters with or without crackers, mini pigs in a blanket (in croissants) even mini twice baked potatoes :) ​

Cake Buffet- Now these are for those slightly less formal occasions where you just want to serve some delicious cake :) Have a bunch of different flavors for your guests to choose from!  I can do it for weddings if you wish... decorated as wedding cakes, or just simple glazes!

​​Gourmet Smores-  Homemade marshmallows in your choice of flavors, graham crackers, and your choice of Hershey chocolate bars! (Milk, Milk with Almonds, Special Dark) For the true gourmet, add mint, fudge, or caramel to spread on your crackers... sinful and delicious! I can also add regular marshmallows for the kiddos if you want!​

Chocolate Fountain- these are also very popular right now :) You can fill them with your choice of white, dark, or milk chocolate, even caramel! You can even do a cheese fountain!  Please contact me for pricing! Pricing is dependant upon how long you need it, how many people are at your gathering, and also if you want me to provide the dipping items or not.  You can choose from a wide variety of items including fresh fruit, pound cake, marshmallows, cookies, Rice Krispy treats, and many more!

Decorate Your Own ... Parties :) I bring you all the supplies to decorate your own mini cakes, cupcakes, or cookies! I can stay and teach, or you can just lay out the supplies and let everyone at it! Either way!

 

Handmade Cotton Candy or Candied (or Caramel :)) Popcorn:  

You can add one or both of these items to any event - or have them on their own! Handmade FRESH cotton candy and candied (or caramel) popcorn can be such a fun favor for your guests! The flavor and color options are practically endless- have you ever had Rootbeer Float cotton candy? How about Strawberry and Cream Cotton Candy with exploding pop rocks inside? Watermelon flavored popcorn with fruity marshmallows? Well now you can! They even come in individual packaging with customized labels that you can design! And even cooler? They can both be done completely SUGAR FREE!  How awesome is that???
