Making life sweeter...
...one treat at a time!
mmmmmmmmmm... Fudge!
Fudge is the ultimate in rich indulgence :)
And I have found the perfect recipe that isn't too sweet, is super smooth and creamy,
and with rich delicious chocolate flavor.
You can try some in 1/4 lb increments, or go crazy and order by the pound!
1/4 lb $4
1 lb $13
You can choose from block fudge or have the fudge in cups (like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup :) except filled with your choice of fudge) They are a more portable way of eating or giving fudge
- all the same taste, just in a cute chocolate cup...
fudge dipped in chocolate?!! Yes please!
If you don't indicate a choice, fudge will be in squares
Here are a few flavors to choose from:
Plain- I shouldn't even use the word plain because it's far from ordinary .. how about classic :) Milk or Dark Fudge with no bells and whistles... just chocolate!
Nuts- Milk or Dark Chocolate fudge with your choice of fresh toasted nuts
Toffee Almond- whole roasted Almonds and Homemade Toffee mixed into Milk Chocolate Fudge
Turtle- Whole Pecans, and Homemade Caramel top luscious Milk Chocolate Fudge
Cherry Pecan- Maraschino Cherries and Pecans mixed into Milk Chocolate Fudge
Black Forest- Maraschino Cherries and Marshmallows mixed into Dark Chocolate Fudge
Butterfinger- Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate Fudge topped with crushed Butterfinger
Peanut Butter Cup- Milk Chocolate Fudge with Peanut Butter Cups mixed in
Peanut Butter Fudge- Creamy and smooth peanut butter fudge- no chocolate needed!
Rocky Road- Milk or Dark Chocolate Fudge with Roasted Almonds, Peanuts, or Pecans and Marshmallows
Marshmallow- Like Rocky Road- only no nuts :)
Snickers- Now please don't kill me... but I don't like how the Snickers crumbles in the fudge... so I make
my own version of Snickers fudge using my homemade caramel and roasted peanuts... My brother always called it
Snickers Fudge- well I guess I can't call it Snickers since it doesn't have the nougat can I? Hmmmmm... new name time ;)
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Caramel- Kinda self explanatory, but this is white fudge with my homemade caramel and delicious creamy Macadamia Nuts :) (You can substitute any nuts in there if you wish)
Peppermint Bark - Creamy white chocolate fudge with Candy Cane Kisses and a swirl of Dark Chocolate on top. If you like Peppermint Bark, you will LOVE this :)
White Chocolate Cherry (at Christmas time we call this Elf Fudge :)) White Chocolate fudge dotted with Marachino Cherries and Marshmallows- kinda the white chocolate version of Black Forest :)
Island Paradise- White Chocolate fudge with toffee bits, caramel swirl, toasted coconut, and macadamia nuts... wow... this one is amazing!
Any flavors you wish to see? Let me know!!!
Any nuts can be substituted in place of another- Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts, Peanuts or Macadamia Nuts- However, because of the price, with the Macadamia Nuts there will be an extra $4 per pound added ($1 per quarter lb and so forth)
