In addition to my fudge and chocolate covered pretzels, I do offer a wide variety of different handmade chocolates!

 

 

Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Raspberries-

   Regular Strawberry- Dipped in White, Dark, or Milk Chocolate, then either drizzled

       with a contrasting chocolate, or topped with sprinkles (or coconut... or nuts :))

 

  Deluxe Strawberry- Dipped in White Chocolate, then also Milk (or Dark) Chocolate,

       and then drizzled with contrasting chocolate, or topped with toppings :)

  

Try a filled strawberry- and you will feel like you have died and gone to heaven :)

       It is a chocolate covered strawberry (both white and milk chocolate- or just one

       upon request) cut in half, then filled with the most decadent, fluffy filling -

       Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, Cheesecake, and Vanilla SOOO yummy!!! 

       Can also be filled with marshmallow :) any flavor!

 

    Chocolate Covered Raspberries can be dipped like a bride and groom- see picture

        in slideshow.  Can also be put in a cup of chocolate (easier for larger amounts)

        They can also be filled with marshmallow or cream like the strawberries! (these

        are done in cups for convenience but also to keep your hands clean :))

 

Chocolate Covered Oreos

 

Toffee- Handmade, small batch toffee made with real butter.  Can be dipped fully in chocolate as bars upon request - otherwise made and topped with chocolate before breaking into pieces.  Nuts are added upon request.  Can be made plain, without chocolate or nuts as well. 

 

Smores Cups

 

Peanut Butter Cups (I have been told they are better than Reeses.. ;)) 

 

Chocolate Bark: Now this isn't the cheap dipping chocolate they call bark.. it is only called bark because it

     is made in a sheet and broken into pieces.  Can also be cut into bars for a cleaner look- and wrapped   

     upon request.  It is scrumptious.  You can add your own toppings - or try one of my creations which

     include :

     Pecan Toffee

     Almond Toffee

     Cashew Toffee

     Pistachio Dried Cherry (or Dried Cranberry)

     My version of Andes- This is quite simply THE smoothest, most delicious creamy mint and chocolate      

             treat you will ever taste :)  Try it...

     Avalanche- Like Peppermint Bark... only a million times better :) Combines Peppermint White 

         Chocolate, Milk and Dark Chocolate, Oreos, Hershey's Candy Cane Kisses, and marshmallows for a 

          truly awesome taste experience :)  And of course, it is topped with little snowflake sprinkles...

          It is seriously one of my favorite things EVER :)  No joke. 

          ** Unfortunately, Avalanche Bark can mostly only be made at Christmas since the Hershey's Candy

                    Cane Kisses can only be bought then, but please feel free to ask, as I buy as many as I can after

                    Christmas to have on stock during the year :) Because ... well... they are just plain awesome. And come

                    on... seriously ... who  can wait 10 MONTHS between the times the stores offer them?? Can you??

                    I know I can't :)  

    Pumpkin White Chocolate-  Another seasonal only... as Pumpkin kisses are only available a short time-

        and they sell out quick!

 

Mixed Chocolates - I do a variety of different chocolate combinations

                                 using one or more of the following :)

    Coconut Marshmallow

    Toasted Coconut

    Homemade Caramel (look at the picture of the caramels... I mean really... look at that caramel stretch!)     Freshly Toasted Nuts (almonds, pecans, peanuts, walnuts, macadamia nuts)

    Marshmallow *any flavor (please click here for flavors)

    Cherry Almond (or Pecan) Cream

    Maple Cream

   

   

I also offer fudge cups to put into boxes- they are cups of chocolate filled with my delicious creamy fudge.  Chocolate covered fudge... how could you say no to that :)
